We said our goodbyes and hung up the phone. The "meeting" had been lovely, and Christine and I had really clicked--I knew they were going to become one of my favorite couples to work with. There's just something so wonderful about really getting to know a client. Chatting wedding details on the phone, keeping in touch, even texting to catch up on personal things. My favorite thing in the world is when a client becomes a friend. And that's exactly what's happened with Christine and Trevor! The amazing people that they are, they even treated me to dinner after our session so we could hang out even more. :) So fun!

The thing I loved most was just how happy they were to be simply be together. I think that's pretty apparent through the photos...even in shots where they're kissing, you can still see the smiles! :) Enjoy!

Christine and Trevor-- I'm so glad to be your photographer/friend! :) Our session was a blast, and it was so great to hang out with you both. It just made my heart happy that you two are together again after such a long deployment. It seemed as if you guys were sending invisible messages of love and contentment throughout our session. The very moment I finished the Watkins' family photos {see post below}, I jumped in my car and drove 2 hours to downtown Ft. Worth for a weekend of shoots. First on the list, Arryn and Taylor's engagements! Well hello, easy job! :) These two were so fun, up for anything (including Arryn's awesome determination to wear a dress despite the 40 degree weather!), and did I mention smokin' hot! The chosen location, Sundance Square, turned out to be perfect, and I had way too much fun letting creativity and spontaneity take control. I don't think I can even pick a favorite; love them all!
