Amber and I worked together for several years out at my dad's store. I've been the "hired help" out there all my life, and when Amber started working there, I was SUPER happy to have another girl out there! You see, my dad owns a carpet and tile store. It's the best carpet and tile store EVER (so if you need flooring, google Casey Carpet One), but for a girly girl like me, I wanted another girl out there so we could talk about fun things! Instead all I had was a bunch of contractors, builders, and installers. And they don't usually like to talk about home decor or weddings. :)

Then one day, in walked Amber, just shopping for some flooring, and the next thing you know we'd hired her! She revolutionized the place. I mean really revolutionized the place! We sat in side by side cubicles and talked and laughed all day throughout our work.

She and her husband just welcomed their first little one into the world a few weeks ago, and I had the immense honor of taking their newborn photos. So, internet, meet Emma-Catherine! 

Amber, I love you and hope things just get better and better! We'll miss you at the store, but don't worry, I'm keeping the Amber Fan Club alive! :) I'm so glad I was able to do these photos for you. I hope they are a blessing. Love, Caroline 

Right after I got home from seeing my nephew, Dalton, be born, I did a session with the most precious little girl, Layla. I have to say, I'm totally loving all these little ones! Getting to hang out with Layla made me excited to have a niece someday! Come on, siblings! More kids, please. :)

Isn't she the cutest? Not only that, but she was amazing for the camera! Smiles and cuteness, and only one little moment of tears. :)
