inspirations: october edition

Today, Sunday, I enjoyed a wonderfully leisure afternoon: getting coffee with my honey, making lovely pendant flags for my backyard, and taking a nap. Add to the mix a lovely rainy day and...well, it's pretty blissful. Days like this are rare and inspiring. I just adore them.
Anyway, I'd like to share a few things that have inspired me lately. Consider this the first in a long tradition of Inspiration posts. And just for my brides, I've tried to keep these inspirations on the note of weddings.
1. Just imagine what all you could do with these sweet little paper flowers from Linda & Harriet. (They also design wedding invitations, lovely!)
2. Your life is about to be changed by a rice bag. Simply pop into the microwave for about 2 minutes and you've got yourself a personal warmer! During winter, I can't live without mine. I loved all the whimsical fabrics that Kathleen uses in her Comfy Creations Etsy store.
3. So, Autumn is here and we're all drinking coffee. Why not put your monthly coffee budget on one of these adorable tiny gift cards that goes on your keychain? Then, you're sure to never overspend! Grab one at Starbucks...and bring on the Pumpkin Spice Lattes!
4. Just something I love: This felt flower headband from Brooke Owen's Etsy store in that lovely pumpkin shade for Fall!
5. I am beyond inspired by this ammmazing table design from Carter and Cook. The colors, the tie-backs, the peaches, those chairs. My dinner party fascination just turned into an obsession. And yes, they do weddings.

I love this idea, Caroline! I may have to borrow (steal!) it from you. :)
Thanks for the inspiration. I'm feeling rather crafty lately, so it may be time to let some of it out!
Love the Starbucks idea! I think we might incorporate that into our other budget ideas... grocery budget, etc! Good idea. I love a good rice bag too, very easy to make in Japan yourself! ha.
Stop it with your pumpkin spice latte. I, myself, I am STOKED for the holiday cups. Ridiculously excited.
Thanks for featuring our peach photo! How sweet of you!!! :) I can't seem to figure out where you're from, but your work is great! would you be so kind to shoot me an email with your info!!
Thanks, AC
